All of the wood moulding in my room is painted white. The paint is lumpy, uneven, and peeling in some places and I need to do something to make the moulding bearable to look at. I covered one window frame in newspaper and I'm considering doing that to all the rest, but I'm looking for more ideas. Any suggestions of what I could do, aside from paint?
All I could suggest is to sand back the paint and then leave it like that or if you don’t like the wooden look then paint it . I once had a similar problem with a hideous painted fireplace in my room and I ended up buying some fabric I liked and covering it with that, you could cover the window frames in some fabric, or if your liking the newspaper then cover the rest with that.
